  3. Keep the rules

    Same day

    Data rules per approved tool, a draft approved-tool list, and a 5-minute reporting route.

Before

Write a payment reminder to Bakkerij Voorbeeld, Dorpsstraat 1. Invoice for €18,450 is late. Anna says her husband is in hospital.

After

Write a friendly payment reminder of at most 80 words. The invoice is 30 days late. Use [client], [invoice] and [amount] as placeholders.

It supports your Article 4 AI literacy duty. No course can promise more. Each participant gets an attendance record (not a certificate).

Who should join?

Staff who use AI, together with whoever handles IT, privacy or security.

Can you move the date?

For a private day: free up to 30 days before. 14 to 30 days before: 50%. Less than 14 days: the full price.
