Write a referral letter template of at most 150 words for a patient with [condition]. Use [patient], [date of birth] and [lab values] as placeholders.

What does this mean for the AI Act?
It supports your Article 4 AI literacy duty. No course can promise more. Each participant gets an attendance record (not a certificate).
Who should join?
Assistants, practice nurses, the practice manager and the doctors who use AI, together with whoever handles IT or privacy.
Is the training in Dutch?
No. The training is taught in English.
Can you move the date?
For a private day: free up to 30 days before. 14 to 30 days before: 50%. Less than 14 days: the full price.
