You do not have to use it: a clear email to advisory@ai-business.school saying you withdraw has the same effect. Business bookings follow sections 2.3 and 2.4 of our general terms.

If you asked us, when booking, to let you join a course that starts within the 14 days, and you withdraw after it has started, you pay for the part already delivered. Section 2.6 of our general terms has the details.
