AI Business School trains the staff of small and mid-sized companies to use AI tools at work: well, checked, and without leaking company data. Every course is 1 day of 6 teaching hours, live online or at your office, in English.
How the courses are taught
Every course follows the same method: understand what the tool does, brief it properly, decide what data it may see, and check what comes back.
More than half of each day is hands-on, and in most courses about two thirds, in the AI tool your organisation has approved. Exercises use your team’s own tasks, with any personal or confidential data taken out first.
Every legal statement links to its source where it appears. Each course page shows the date it was last reviewed.
Who teaches
Taught live by a practitioner with more than 15 years of commercial and technical leadership in software and data companies across Europe and Asia-Pacific, including maritime, energy and fintech. The same trainer holds the 30-minute intake call before each course.

A free online course explains AI in general. A course day trains your staff in your approved tool, with your data rules, on their own tasks, and leaves a record for your AI literacy file. Why not use a free online AI course?
What participants receive
- The materials from the course, to keep and share inside the organisation.
- The client output named on each course page: a prompt library, a policy draft, a decision list or a playbook draft.
- An attendance record for your AI literacy file (not a certificate).
The AI Act does not require a certificate for AI literacy; internal records of training are enough, according to the European Commission. The courses carry no formal qualification or recognised award.
