The path opens with AI Literacy and the AI Act, booked as a private day for the board or management team, with cases at that level set in the intake call. In 1 day it covers what the AI Act requires of the organisation, which dates apply, and which questions a board should ask management. AI Strategy and Change for Decision-Makers follows, also 1 day. Its morning covers where AI creates value in your sector and where it creates exposure. Its afternoon covers how MAR, DORA and NIS2 apply to AI tools in listed companies, financial entities and NIS2 entities. It ends with a case built on your own organisation’s situation.
Run the 2 courses 2 to 6 weeks apart, so the board can test the first day’s questions on management before the strategy day. The same board attends both days. You book each course on its own page.
At the end the board has a one-page AI position, a short list of decisions with owners and dates, and an attendance record for each participant, for your AI literacy file.
