It covers who uses AI for what, how work gets checked, how progress is measured and when the plan is reviewed.
Plan the 3 days over 4 to 8 weeks, so the policy is drafted before the team routines are set. The group may change by step: the managers who own the policy take steps 1 and 2, and each team’s manager takes step 3. You book each course on its own page.
At the end the organisation has an AI use policy, an approved tool list, a team adoption plan with measures, and an attendance record for each participant, for your AI literacy file.
