The path starts with AI Basics at Work, so everyone shares one method: brief the tool properly, decide what data it may see, check what comes back. AI Literacy and the AI Act follows. It covers what the EU AI Act asks of your organisation, and it produces your Article 4 evidence pack. Shadow AI and Safe AI Use comes third, because once people use AI more, the questions move to which tool, which data and which risks. AI for Daily Work comes last. By then participants know the rules, and the day goes into building assistants and simple automations on the team’s real tasks.
Run the 4 courses within 8 to 10 weeks so the habits from the first course are still fresh when the last one starts. The same group attends every step. You book each course on its own page.
At the end the organisation has a shared prompt library, an Article 4 evidence pack and a one-page AI use card with the data rule per tool. It also has an incident reporting route and working assistants owned by the team. Each participant gets an attendance record for your AI literacy file.
